“This is an exceptional and unique penthouse. We enjoyed it immensely, especially the evening views over Plaza Catalunya. The building is safe, filled with art with even a hidden jacuzzi All fixtures are of the first order, impecably clean and the owner is a saavy and artful Catalan. His Frederic Mare wall scupltor led us to the Museum Mare (close to the Catedral) which was a revelation. We enjoyed having his insights into his city, and his prescription for a headcold. Thank you and so well done!”

“Even in such a great flat, mechanical/functionality issues sometimes arise. While the toilet bowl has an excellent and strong flush - enough to drain liquid waste - it does not flush solid waste matter at one-go. Either the drain piping system (in the actual toilet is clogged) or the toilet brand/system has reached the end of its useful life. With this small change - voila, perfection!”

“Beautiful apartment ,fantastic location and very nice owner...Just an amazing apartment in general right in the heart of the city..you want WoW FACTOR then this is the place

“VERY minor complaint (I didnt even worry too much about) but the Apartment could have been done with a dust as floors were wooden so it really showed up on the glass tops of units and statues.
the toilet broke down twice and had to call the owner but second time was unfixable and we had to flush with a bucket..not very chic but did not spoil anything
The owner offered me back for a free weekend due to the problem to which Im more than happy to accept.
Also I did not know how to get the 2 X TV's to work too many remotes and they didnt seem to function so I gave up..but I wasnt there to watch TV if im totally honest.
Cant wait to return to this beautiful apartment”
