"The apartment was a good sized one bedroom apartment and was full of amenities. We enjoyed..."

Poblenou, Barcelona

Divided by the Eixample’s long Diagonal road, the New Town is mainly residential. There are a couple of ultra-modern buildings and an old, brick chimney or two, just for good measure.

The weird and wonderful Parc del Poble Nou is worth checking out. And you can’t help but like the equally odd-looking Torre Agbar. The charming Rambla de Poble Nou, provides as pleasant a stroll as you could wish for. You’ll reach the beach eventually. But it’s impossible not to stop off for a terrace coffee.
