How about a dip in the communal pool (weather permitting)? Yes, during the summer there’s use of a pool. It can get hot in Berlin you know! And for more relaxation, sit out on your balcony and watch the world go by. Inside the apartment is cosy, great for getting a good night’s sleep. Need more space? We have other apartments in the building.
Tally-ho! Grunewald is a locality in Wilmersdorf where you’ll find hunting lodges, often referred to as Hansel and Gretel houses. While it’s true that the aristocracy once made it their home, you’ll find people of all shapes and sizes coming here to enjoy the forest and the chain of lakes – the most popular being Schlachtensee.
Some nice places to visit include the Grunewald Jagdschloss – a Prussian palace built in 1542. And if you’re a fan of German expressionist art (or just curious) there’s the Brücke Museum in neigbhouring Schmargendorf.
