“Well located, right near the metro station, clean.”

“Dishwasher didn't work, balcony was closed for repairs (a note is stuck on the window advising not to enter it). Not a very cozy apartment.
The check-in paper we've reviewed after parking our car in a public parking told "parking place nr 9" is available for us, but the person who admitted us (apparently not the owner) did not advise to use it, although we asked about parking.
None of the above was a major problem though, I'd probably choose this place to stay again.”

“op 5 minuten loopafstand van de Kudamm en 10 minuten lopen kon je de auto gratis parkeren. 2 minuten loopafstand was een supermarkt en in de directe omgeving waren een paar goede restaurants. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. De studio zelf was van alle gemakken voorzien.”

“De douche was wat aan de krappe kant voor grote/lange mensen. ”

“L'appartamento è perfetto. E per dirlo io che sono abbastanza esigente è davvero tanto. La zona notte è grande, il letto molto comodo' la cucina abitabile e il bagno con ogni funzionalità. Inoltre l'appartamento si trova in uno stabile ad u grande incrocio dove sia da un lato che dall'altro ci sono due metro di due linee diverse, quindi comodissimo. È a tre minuti dalla strada dello shopping kunfusterdamm, che dalla mappa non sembra vicinissimo, ma invece lo è. Il padrone di casa è una persona gentilissima e ci ha accolti anche se avevamo fatto molto tardi. Appartamento silenzioso con 2 supermercati appena giri l'angolo, posizione perfetta, quartiere perfetto.”

- le coté design, moderne et neutre de l'ameublement

- le petit balcon

- la proximité d'un imbiss ouvert tard le soir & d'un supermarché
- la proximité des transports : deux U-Bahn à moins de 5min à pied + toutes lignes du Zoo à 15min à pied
