“geschmackvolle, durchdachte und umfangreiche Einrichtung, kleines aber hübsches Bad mit guter Raumnutzung, echte Grünpflanzen, durchdachte Schlaf-Empore mit extra Lichtschalter für Zimmerbeleuchtung, diverse und hübsch arrangierte Willkommensgeschenke, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-out (Tür zuziehen und einfach gehen), gepflegtes Haus, Innenhof als Wohlfühl-Oase angelegt, begrünt und sehr hübsch, U-Bahn Südstern 6-8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Bus-Haltestelle 1 Minute zu Fuß, Metrobus M41 fährt direkt zum Haubtbahnhof, Einkaufsgelegenheit in Laufentfernung, nettes und recht gepflegtes Kiez”
