What did you like?
“The apartment was spacious and some effort had obviously been made to furnish it appropriately.”
Anything you didn't like?
“We were told on arrival that the heating was not working. We found that the toaster did not work, the shower in the main bathroom did not work, the grating over the drain was missing (this was a trip hazard), the automatic lighter on the gas stove was not working and there were no matches to light the stove with. The curtains did not cover the windows in the main bedroom to keep the outside light out, the catch on the window in the kitchen was broken and one leg on the bed in the main bedroom was broken. There was no kettle. There was an ironing board but no iron.
The entrance to the apartment was between the windows and entrace to a sex shop,we had to walk through overflowing, smelly rubbish tins in the entrance.
The apartment was very noisy and there is no mention on the internet that the top three floors of this complex are a youth hostel. The apartment was not particularly clean and there was a very smelly dirty mop in a cupboard which made the whole apartment smell very stale and unpleasant. ”

What did you like?
“The big appartement gave us scope to meet or retreat with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and a livingroom. After a sightseeing tour it was a good place to relax.
In the morning we enjoyed to prepare our own breakfast........... ”

“I missed a list with important telephon numbers, what`s to do in dangerous situationes (from a doctor.....
Personally I don`t like a gas pipe in an apartment ”

“the apartment was very central to everything”

“I feel that we should have been told about how noisy the street was, my baby did not sleep because of the noise and this disrupted our holiday greatly, also the backpackers hostel upstairs were very inconsiderate to other guests and because of these factors I will not recommend this apartment and would not book this particular one again, ”

“Changer les rideaux dans la chambre qui ne fermaient pas et de fait grand jour dès l'aube. Appartement bien bruyant du fait du boulevard mais on ne peut pas tout avoir !”

What did you like?
“Very attentive service. When we had any problems the management staff was there immediately to deal with the issue. They were always available and were very reliable. ”
Anything you didn't like?
“Would have been nice if there was a larger table to eat at, however the table in the kitchen was sufficient. Also would have been helpful if there were some cleaning products (such as a spray cleaner) available for us to clean up after ourselves. There was dish detergent, so that was good. ”

What did you like?
“Zita was very helpful and accommodating to our late night check in and our late check out and helpful with all information needed. The apartment is very well placed for public transport and central for all sights, and shops. Everything was clean and serviceable. ”
Anything you didn't like?
“The apartment was too hot, but when the windows were open there was a good breeze but the traffic noise was too loud to even hold a conversation. Everything was too basic, A litlle more comfort would have been desirable after a hard days tourism.”
