“We were in a very central area. Close to everything. Lovely view of the Duomo from our lounge. Giuseppe who looks after the apartment was lovely and gave us some really good information. We needed another bed sheet and within the hour it was delivered. There was a great little restaurant called "I grullo" just a couple of doors down which we found well priced and good service. We were happy to discover toilet paper as in other reviews there seemed to be none. All in all good.”

“We hadn't read all the reviews before booking the apartment and unfortuneatly what we didn't like was the only bathroom/toilet was accessible through the main bedroom. My sister found the single bed too hard and instead ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. If you are a couple with a child it's probably a good place, but we were three adults who needed their own sleeping area and to have to access the toilet through the main bedroom was a bit much. But the location was perfect. ”

“De plek is fantastisch. Het appartement is ook prima van allerlei zaken voorzien. Geen klachten over internet dat het niet goed zou doen of ontbrekend toiletpapier. En tja als je in een oud pand zit, kun je niet verwachten dat de lift tot aan je deur komt. Dus voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn is het wellicht minder geschikt. ”

“Lack of heating, only one bathroom, no toilet paper and no carpet on the stairs. No rug in the living room. Floors are too cold.”

“Su situación, justo al lado de la plaza del Duomo, en una calle con todos los servicios necesarios. El apartamento cuenta con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios para la estancia, no faltaba nada. Por supuesto, las vistas hacia la cúpula; ¡son inmejorables!”

“En la habitación pequeña hacía mucho calor en agosto, porque es la única que no tiene aire acondicionado.”

“The view of the Duomo is amazing. The apartment is clean, contemporary. The kitchen area is brand new. The bathroom was beautiful and clean with nice size shower which is rare in Italy. The manager was very helpful, brought some additional fans to supplement the AC when the weather was very hot. They also helped with our parking. The location was great. Overall, a great apartment!!”

“The apartment is located under the roof with 2 extraflights of stairs. But the effort is rewarded with the amazing views of the Duomo and roofs of Florence. Bed in main bedroom was hard the first night but appeared more confortable on the second night. Italians seem to like hard beds.. Would be wonderful if they had memory foam beds!! The second bedroom ceiling is very low, adequate only for a child although hot because of no AC. ”
