“Apartment manager was very efficient with check in and very friendly. The central London location is excellent if you only have a couple of days in the city.”

“If there are four guests and you are sleeping in the louge, be prepared to deal with a lot of noise at night. This is not a fault of the apartment but you should weigh up the benefits of the great location with the potential lack of sleep. ”

“Apartment has no ventilation/air conditioning, meaning we needed to open the windows at night. Being next to a busy road meant a lot of street noise was coming through the open window. Also, the shower was very very small, and bathroom also had bad ventilation, leading to moisture/mould in the shower area.”

“Location was very handy.”

“The noise from the street was unbearable! The shower was terrible, the toilet was very difficult to flush, 6 lights worked but 8 didn't! My husband replaced a couple of globes and fiddled with a couple more so we ended up with about 9 out of the 14 working in the end. The shower head was terrible, no pressure and the temp. kept fluctuating. It doesn't cost that much to put a decent head on a shower. The noise, particularly in the front living room where the sofa bed is, was ridiculous. It was like you were on the street with the crowd. As the apartment is so central there is a lot of street noise, nightclubs are all around you. Our last night was a Monday night and this was the worst night, believe it or not. There was a line of people the length of our street and then around the corner, they were having a wow of a time, unfortunately we were not! If you don't like to sleep go ahead and stay here. There was not even any soap in the bathroom on our arrival, that was a first. Every where we had stayed for the previous 3 weeks at least supplied soap. It cost us $AUS1100 for the 4 nights, my advise, pay a little extra and stay else where, unless of course you are in your early 20's and love to party.”
