“In de directe omgeving bevinden zich drie bars, in de omgeving waarvan mensen tot laat in de nacht luidruchtig kunnen zijn. De straat is ook 's nachts niet vrij van geluiden; voor wie er gevoelig voor is, zijn oordoppen aan te bevelen!”

“Great location. Bed is very comfortable. Duplex space gives opportunity for someone to sleep over while other can stay awake and do things below. Manager was very helpful and polite and we gladly recommend this apt to others.”

“Late Friday and Saturday night was a bit noisy from people coming back from the bars and clubs: the thing you can not avoid if you live downtown, except to join :-)”

“Müllabfuhr kommt jeden Morgen !!! um 5.00h mit lautem Tuten, die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, bei -5 Grad zieht ganz schön kalte Luft rein, aber mit Heizung auf höchster Stufe geht es dann. ”
