“The apartment was clean, with all the amenities present. The check-in and check-out were easy and the lady did not even take the deposit from us. It is conveniently situated in the center of Seville with easy access to most historic places”

“There were several serious drawbacks. The apartment windows give on a courtyard that was noisy even at night. Some drunks were frequently speaking loudly, the dump trucks were coming from 1 to 3 AM, so, sleeping was a problem and possible only with windows closed. One air conditioner (dating back from 1987) would suddenly start emitting very loud noise at night (when turned off!) and it took several minutes to get rid of the noise turning various knobs. For some reason, pulling the plug did not work; looks like it was water problem inside the unit. It was horrible during the last night of stay. The safe deposit box did not work at all even with a combination provided by the landlord - the key would not simply turn to close the box. The washing machine had no instructions and was totally counterintuitive. It took it up to 2 hours for a modest load and there was no possibility to interrupt or shorten the cycle until the end because the door would not open unless the "terminado" light came on. Generally, the apartment was nice but these shortcomings seriously spoiled our stay.”
