“Wir wurden kurzfristig umgebucht und nicht über die Umbuchung informiert. Das neue Appartment lag in einem Stadtteil, der sehr viel ungünstiger für uns war. Nur nach sehr deutlicher Beschwerde wurde uns überhaupt eine Entschädigung angeboten. Wir waren exterm unzufrieden. ”

“Comfortable well appointed, interesting decor, central location within walking distance of all the major sights, lovely breakfast basket every morning.”

“We arrived at 8pm out of reception hours. We had been told that ringing the doorbell would phone the sister hotel for the key code and to let us in. There was just an answering service, so we were locked out in temperatures of -5 degrees. Luckily a fellow guest assisted us and we were able to get in. The check-in procedure was haphazard if you arrived after reception closed as we did. The heating in the apartment was a bit overpowering and didn't seem to respond too well to the thermostat. We would have also liked a kettle, and a bit more clarity about whether breakfast was included (it was).”
