“Nos ha gustado la amplitud y tranquilidad. La calefacción es para quitarse el sombrero. ”
¿Hubo algo que no te gustara?
“Sería conveniente que alguien esperase a los clientes para hacer entrega de las llaves y situarse en el lugar. No nos parece de recibo dejarlas en un bar con las explicaciones en un mensaje y todo esto a las 11 de la noche.”

“Mooi en ruim appartement. Voorzien van alle comfort.
Misschien nog een broodrooster voorzien.”

“Check-in. Ik ben de sleutel gaan ophalen in het huis Viel Falter in Brunnenstrasze 147. Hier was geen uitleg hoe ik het appartement kon vinden in het grote gebouw in de Sonntagstrasze nr. 15, 1-9. Ik heb verschillende gangen moeten doorlopen om het juiste appartement te vinden.
Check-out: Mevr. Amaryllis Kowalewsky kon niet komen. Zij moest werken. Ze stuurde de man van Viel Falter om de sleutel op te halen en de borgsom terug te betalen. De avond voordoen belde ik haar op haar GSM nummer. Ik kon haar enkel een sms sturen want ze kon haar telefoon niet opnemen. Dit is weinig professioneel. Ik weet niet of de eigenaars van dit appartement op de hoogte zijn van deze gang van zaken.”

The keys you were given had the address, floor, and door number on it, but again our apologies if this wasn’t clear. A partner was sent to return your damage deposit for you not to miss your flight since there were other check-outs being done at that same time. “Ruim, luxe, uitstekende ligging ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer en gezellige omgeving, bakker/winkels/restaurants/bars etc. om de hoek.”
¿Hubo algo que no te gustara?
“We vonden het een beetje vreemd dat we zelf de eigenaar in Denemarken moesten bellen voor de inloggegevens voor de Wifi verbinding. Verder stond de schoonmaakster al op de stoep voor ons vertrek.”
