elevator not working (hasn't for some time apparently)
CASH demanded up front with no discount for broken elevator [elevator was a pre-requisite for us};
personal belongings in apartment would suggest permanent tenant moved out at short notice”

“The apartment was lovely in a great building and the perfect location. The owner was friendly and helpful.”

“The only thing was the noise. It is an old building and the pipes moan! If the people upstairs ran the tap or flushed the toilet during the night the old pipes rattled and woke us up. This happened once each night. Not a big deal and not a reason not to recommend this lovely place.”
