What did you like?
“LOVED the location! Via Dei Servi has everything you might need within it's 2-3 block stretch. It was the perfect setup for two mothers and their two daughters. Pullout couch was unexpectedly very comfortable. Check-in was seamless and easy. Will most definitely stay there again if ever in Florence!”
Anything you didn't like?
“nitpicking? the shower drain was very slow...beware of stairs.”

“Dans le centre historique, proche de tout, tout en étant très calme.
Espace intérieur confortable.
Proximité immédiate de commerces (y compris alimentation) et restaurants.
Vue sur le dôme de la cathédrale”
Anything you didn't like?
“Un peu plus de vaisselle (notamment casserole assez grande pour les pâtes).
Le chauffage pourrait être amélioré: en avril cela allait, mais en hiver, cela doit être assez froid.”

“La situation centrale et calme, le type d'appartement confortable et net. Bref tout.”

“Rien, la restriction"bien" pour le confort concerne la puissance du compteur limitée qui ne permet pas d'utiliser les éléments de confort machines etc...nous étions dans l'appartement en hiver donc avec le chauffage électrique, qui prenait la totalité de la capacité fournie...Compte tenu de la saison, la chambre au niveau inférieur restait un peu fraîche, pas grave, si ce n'est pour la salle d'eau, le radiateur sèche serviettes faisant également dijoncter le courant! Mais en fait rien ne nous a déplu et nous sommes repartis très satisfaits!”

“the bells from El Duomo rang every morning at 7am and 8 am When we arrived at apt we had been travelling all day so we had to use the restroom. They do not supply toilet paper so if you stay here make sure you bring.”
