“Xanderplatz is een appartement in een mooi oud pand in Berlijn Mitte. Schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien, goed bed, prettige zitkamer, prima badkamer, ruime keuken. en vlakbij ongeveer alles wat interessant is in Berlijn. Museum Insel, Friedrichstrasse, Unter den Linden, Hackische Markt, veel leuke restaurants, Synagoge, oude Joodse buurt, Theaters. En Alexanderplatz ligt om de hoek, met OV-knooppunt, winkels, ontbijtcafé (heel gezellig). Aanrader!”

“This apartment is so central to all the sights. It is spacious, clean and great value for money. It is also quiet. We expected there to be much more noise, being so in the heart of things. But we were pleasantly surprised at how peaceful it was. There is also a lovely garden and courtyard out the back, which was a great space for our little boy to let off steam after a day of sightseeing. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in Berlin, and if we return in the future will definitely try and book this apartment again.”

“The water temperature in the shower fluctuates. This is a very minor problem in the scheme of things.”

“Great and friendly welcome at check in, excellent location from all aspects, apartment had everything we might have needed and more, fits the website description with no bad surprises. It really made our trip wonderful - for sure a much better option from hotel room. ”

“Our stay in the Xanderplatz was close to perfect. The apartment is very well appointed, comfortable and enjoyable. It put a smile on our faces when we awakened and when we came in for the night. The location is superb and close not only to public transportation but smart shops and excellent restaurants. It is a one story 'walk-up' which might be its only setback but an easy and comfortable climb. I cannot think of any couple who would not find this gem 'a find'. ”

“The bathtub/shower is not for anyone uncomfortable with his balance, It is a one story walk-up, and the bedroom though incredibly comfortable and cozy is small.”
