“Penthouse Moro is fantastic! Our extended family of 7, ranging in ages from 16-86 stayed for 5 nights. We picked it for its location, views and elevator. All were amazing. The apartment is very comfortable, stylish, functional, and with spectacular views. We loved the rooftop kitchen and dining area. The glass walls were very cool. The private elevator carried the grandparents up to the 5th floor main floor, and they used it to go up and down to the 6th floor dining and lounge area. As it was March, we did not get to sit outside on the rooftop patio, but plan to return in warmer weather. The third bedroom is down an interior set of stairs with an en suite bathroom. It was a great private area for the teenagers.”

“We would have liked a dryer. There are two washing machines, but no dryer. ”

“We loved the view and the location of the aprtment it was easy to get to the train station and everything from the aprtment was walking distance which was a great help and a huge plus to the aprtment. On a sunny day the view from all around the apartment was amazing and certainly the aprtments unique selling point.”

“On arrival the agent that met us at the apartment was a little rude and abrupt. Evertime we asked a question he would interupt and tell us to wait. There was no welcome pack for the aprtment to leave you advise on your surroundings or even as to how the cooker worked or where to dump our trash? A welcome handbook would have been a great idea! The apartment was really let down by its cleanliness or lack of. The oven was filthy the candles on the kitchen table had all melted and could not be used. The floor in the kitchen was covered in black footprints, the outside area where we wanted to sit was really dirty and we had to buy cleaning products to clean the chairs before we could sit and relax. This was a real shame as a little bity of care and attention could have made this aprtmnet be great instead of ok.
Also we could not work the surround sound in the apartment and had no way of finding out how the projector worked so we spent the whole trip unable to plug our ipod in. The other main upset of this apartment was the terrible sewagw smell, it was so bad that we bought air freeshner to try and mask it. It was coming from directly outside the green bedroom and was so bad that we shared beds to avoid being close to it. When we told the agent he shrugged his shoulders and did not seem at all interested. I feel that i was mislead by the details of the apartment and will seek some form of compensation for the living standards provided. ”

“We loved our stay at Penthouse Moro. The apartment was fabulous, looked just like the photos and was in a perfect location. We could walk everywhere in Florence. The landlord was very helpful particularly in dealing with the airport regarding our lost luggage.”

“the location is fabulous, the apartment has everything you could need. The terrace is a great place to enjoy the sunshine.
I would definately recommend this to friends or use again myself.”

“The power went out a couole of times, we think it is connected to one of the sockets in the kitchen. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently ”

“i am sorrry to say the apartment was only fit for 6 people not 8 as advertised. One room was literally in the middle of the apartment with no bathroom. ”
