“We were extremely happy with the apartment. It is in a great location but still very quiet. 10 minutes walk to all of the main sites in central Madrid. Lots of choices for food and a grocery store with in 5 minutes walk. The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall we are very happy we chose this place and would stay here again if we went back to Madrid.”

“The apartment doesn't get very dark even with the shades drawn and there was black hair through out the apartment. The only things I can think of that was negative.”

“Lage optimal, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und genügend Lokale in der Nähe. Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert. Ausstattung für einen Kurztrip ok. Kaum Straßenlärm.”

“Man kann gut hören, was die Nachbarn so treiben.
Die Ausstattung könnte mal wieder ergänzt bzw. erneuert werden.
Tassen, Gläser etc. scheinen sich mit der Zeit in Luft aufgelöst zu haben. So reicht das Geschirr max. für ein Frühstück und das Gläschen Wein am Abend. Den vorhandenen Geschirrspüler zu befüllen, lohnt da nicht wirklich.”

“LOCATION!!!, the kitchen appliences + washing mashine,the iron!!! the appartment is arranged in a nice aestetic way. the staff was nice and pleasant.”

“the internet connection was not strong, it was impossible to connect from the bedroom or the sofa area-thus very uncomvenient.
we have visited Madrid in january, so we were very surprised to find out that the blanket in the bedroom was a "summer" blanket - wery thin. so we had to use a very agressive heating in the appartment in order to stay warm at night.
i'd reccomend to leave in the apartment 2-3 tablets for the dishwasher (we got only 1), or at least let the people know that if they want to use the dishwasher and the washing mashing, they should bring their own. also, the cleaning utilities were poor. although there was a cleaning soap for the dishes, there was no scrub. so we needed to buy our own, that we have left in the appartment.also, there was no cleaning clot for the furniture (dining table was cleaned with paper...)
the appartment could be a little bit cleaner upon the arrival. also we had broken window shutters at one window. the staff lady told that they didn't have time to repair...”

“perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum (!);
überraschend moderne Einrichtung;
optimale Größe für zwei/drei Personen,
schön Eingerichtet;
trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig;
kein Verkehrslärm;
alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen”

“Die Aussicht war weniger ansprechend (was bei der fantastischen Lage eher nebensächlich ist);
Internet funktionierte die ersten Tage nicht;
die Möglichkeiten Waschmaschine/ Spülmaschine zu benutzen waren beschränkt;”
