“Prima ruimtes. bedden OK. moderne inrichting. Uitrusting goed. Goede toegang. We waren overigens met 4 familieleden (zussen), maar dat kun je hierboven niet aangeven.”

“de inrichting is wat summier. Twee fauteuiltjes extra zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. En als je daadwerkelijk met 6 personen zou verblijven is een badkamer met het toilet erop wel erg lastig. Het adres is ook heel lastig te vinden omdat het op een binnenplaats/tussenstraatje ligt. Misschien beter aangeven in de omschrijving.”

“Check-in was friendly & easy. It was comfortable and spacious and we had all we needed for our stay. The internet connection was very useful & my son liked the surround sound on the DVD! The apartment is so central that we could walk to most of the places we wanted to see and the Lidl virtually on the doorstep made catering very easy! We would highly recommend this apartment.”

“We just want to point out that we had trouble contacting the owner on the given telephone number. Apparently it was simply the fact that the 0 at the beginning was missing but to a foreigner it was confusing. It would be helpful for others if this could be amended.”

“de verrassing dat we ook nog een parkeerabonnement kregen zodat het van te voren veronderstelde parkeerprobleem meteen uit de lucht was. De ligging is voortreffelijk! Appartement is zeer comfortabel, met uitzondeing van:zie hieronder.”

“De verlichting is de woonkamer is niet goed, feitelijk is er maar 1 klein bijzetlampje, dat is beslist onvoldoende. En ik zou er nog een prettige luie stoel bijzetten: er was nu alleen een bank en 4 keukenstoelen.”

“- Balkon und Küche - Matratzen der Betten bequem - Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Senseo etc.) - Modern eingerichtet”

“- Sockelleisten sind zum Teil deffekt. - Zu wenig TV-Programme - Das Besteck war sehr rostig”

“This apartment worked out perfectly for our family of five. It was very well located - we were able to walk to many attractions and the supermarket was right next door. It was extremely clean upon our arrival and more spacious and roomy than we expected - very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the activity on the street. The owner was very prompt in checking us in and helpful in answering questions - it made our stay in Berlin very easy. A great Italian restaurant was up the street. Much more interesting to stay in a residential area than in a hotel. We would certainly stay here again!”
