“The apartment is situated in a quiet building close to public transportation. The entrance to the apartment is adequately lite for entering at night and the area is safe. The amenities in the apartment are quite suitable for apartment stays - short term or long term. The washer is a definite plus. Overall, our rental experience was excellent.”

“Mooie ruime studio, veel licht en lekker warm! (was -/- 15 graden overdag in Berlijn!) De studio is zeer centraal gelegen is een rustige straat. Openbaar Vervoer is om de hoek (bus 200) en 10 minuten lopen naar de U Bahn Wittenbergstrasse.”

“Het enige minpuntje was de kastruimte voor kleding. Nergens een plankje/rekje te bespeuren om kleine zaken op te bergen.”

“Staat niet vermeld maar het appartement ligt erg dicht bij de Kurfurstendamm , appartement is echt helemaal compleet en de manager was snel met het regelen van allas!”

“Il est bien situé . Il est bien décoré. il est pratique”

“Nous y étions en été , il y faisait trop chaud un peu étouffant.Il est vraiment que pour deux même s'il y a un 3 ème couchage. Il n'y a que deux chaises. Batterie de cuisine un peu pauvre.”

“The apartment was clean, well maintained and, owing to the wall of windows and the high ceilings, had a wonderful light airy quality. The surrounding neighborhood was generally quiet. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for preparing simple meals. The bathroom was very clean with all updated fixtures.”

“The instructions for disposing the garbage were unclear, requiring some searching on our part, and we were never sure we were using the right receptacles.”
