Qualcosa non ti è piaciuto?: “I was supposed to have appartment 3&4 at this address since advertisment call for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On arrival i had only appartment 3, and agency ask for full money. A double bed was put on the floor of the main room (So agency knew they were wrong). When i call back, agency propose to change appartment to another one at 10 pearstreet, and we walk for 10 minutes with our laguage to this other place. My perception is appartment had been double booked, and i was expecting a reduction in rate for new appartment”
