“Very close to underground stops, restaurants/pubs - location is very convenient. It was also nice to have a front desk staff available 24/7”

“Our apartment was on the basement level facing the street, and the noise level was awful. Didn't bother us the first night because we were so tired, we just concked out, but the next nights were noisy, especially with people sitting on the outside steps. Pack earplugs just to be safe. ”

“The location was very convenient, close to tube stations and walking distance to tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The apartment was noisy, disturbed from guests in upper floors and from outside in adjoining apartments. There was no separate lounge room, it was more like a largish hotel room and therefore nowhere to sit other than on the bed or one chair adjoining the small utility table. There was also nowhere to stow the suitcases so we had to deal with our luggage and clothes from the floor.”
