“het is een gezellig en praktisch ingericht appartment. Het bevindt zich in een flatgebouw op de dertiende etage. Het gebouw wordt dag en nacht bewaakt door een portier. Toch wel een luxe! Serviesgoed is prima en verder ook de andere omstandigheden zoals de badkamer, keuken etc.”

“He beddengoed zoals bijv. lakens zou wat beter kunnen.
Handdoeken waren prima. De eerste twee dagen hadden we geen warm water, maar dat gold misschien voor het hele complex! Later was de temperatuur van het water goed.”

“The location was excellent. A two minute walk to the metro station plaza de espana although we were so central that we walked to all the sights so didn't have much need for the metro at all. the apartment was fantastic value for money due to the discounted price for the low season but I would recommend the apartment to anyone travelling to Madrid. There were no problems with check in or out, the kitchen had everything we needed and the little supermarket round the corner was so cheap for everything. There were towels, an iron, hairdryer, everything we needed. Thanks Encarna! We'll be back :-)”

“The tv didn't have any english channels so if we stayed again I would bring a couple of english speaking DVDs.”

10 euros pour garder ses bagages dans un local ça fait cher!
carrelage de la salle de bain jaunatre, et eau de couleur jaune! pas très propre
