“Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Schöne und ruhige Lage in einem Wohnviertel ohne Touristenmassen.Geschmackvolle Einrichtung,sehr schöne Terasse.Gute Verkehrsanbindung, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.”

“Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und jeden Abend läuft der Fernseher der Nachbarn sehr laut. Die Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden z.B.eine größere Caffetiera.”

“We loved the space and the location in a real Roman neighbourhood with its own bars, restaurants and market, away from the tourist crowds. The Villa Borghese Gardens nearby were a pleasure. Davide, the landlord, was helpful and courteous.”

“It would have helped to have some clean sheets after a week.”

“The apartment was in general very sympathetic, spacious, nicely furnished, in a very nice and elegant surrounding (although with very thin walls). We especially liked the artistic atmosphere with posters and photos on the walls. The bed was very good, so we slept very well.”

“From the equipment: We missed a filter coffee machine (I already informed the owner about it) and bigger coffee cups as we use them e.g. in Austria. A map of public transport (esp. bus lines) would have been useful as well as an exact indication (with address) of the closest super market.”

“We vonden het appartement mooi en prima ingericht. We hebben genoten van het dakterras. Ik had bij eerdere beoordelingen gelezen dat er grote messen, koppen/ mokken en kurkentrekker ontbraken. Ik kan melden dat muv de koppen en mokken in de keuken alles voorradig was. De keuken is wat klein maar je kunt er prima uit de voeten als je er maar niet met zijn tweeen in staat. Het metrostation Euclide is op loopafstand (10 min. lopen) en vandaaruit ben je zo bij Flaminio (Piazza Popolo) en verder de stad in. Vonden wij prettiger dan met de bus. Vlakbij is een markt en een pinautomaat.”

“Uit eerdere beoordelingen las ik dat de TV van de buurvrouw heel hard stond: dat is nog steeds zo. Ondanks dat hebben wij er niet veel last van gehad.”
