“The central location and responsiveness of Waytostay staff. ”
Anything you didn't like?
“Partly poorly equipped: no tea towels or cloth to clean the kitchen or dining table, nor a dish brush. These were not available in the closest supermarket (Lidl) so we spent quite a time trying to find these. Would have been good to have mugs and more glasses since there was no dish brush or cloth to hand wash dishes. Also, would have been good to have a wooden spoon (we had to use the metal spoon on the pan which eventually will ruin the pan).”

“De lokatie van dit appartement was perfect, centraal in de mooie levendige wijk Sol.
De grootte en inrichting was stijlvol en voldoende.
Van veel gemakken (luxe) voorzien, alleen ontbrak helaas de beloofde föhn.”

“Dit appartement is meer geschikt voor 4 personen, dan voor 5, waarvoor het wel verkocht wordt.
De beloofde föhn ontbrak helaas.
De bedden (matrassen) waren zéér hard.
Het uitzicht (balkon) was tegen vier betonnen muren. Je kon geen zon, wolken of lucht zien, je wist niet eens wat voor een weer het was vanaf je balkon, heel erg jammer.
Ook zaten wij niet in het geboekte Bajo Lima appartement, maar in een "zusje" ervan. De foto's kwamen niet overeen. De overburen hadden ons geboekte appartement (overeenkomend met de foto's)”

“Good location. Modern design. Liked the fact that we had the washing machine & dishwasher. Air conditioning works well. ANNA WAS EXTEMELY HELPFUL - THANK YOU ANNA !!”

“Needs more equipment/utensils in the kitchen. Sofa needs replacing and was uncomfortable to sit on. Chair on the above picture was not in the apartment, therefore seating for relaxing was not adequate.”

“The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Its location is superb - a short walk from the city center and the lively La Latina quarter, about 50 meters from the closest Metro station and near a decent grocery store. I greatly recommend this apartment for an enjoyable stay in Madrid!”

“The only slight (and mostly insignificant) inconvenience is that the bedrooms are a bit small and the internet connection is not excellent.”
