Inside: mezzanine cutie
Outside: Gran Via
There are four welcoming apartments in the building here. But they’re all a little bit different, so have a look to see which one you like best. This one – making use of a mezzanine – is ideal for couples, though you have a sofa bed too if you want to squeeze the most out of the space. You’ll already have noted the great location...but don’t overlook the great extras list too.
To be fair on our owners and on you, we only show client reviews for an apartment once three people have voiced their opinion. And this one isn’t quite there yet, so it gets our starting score of 8.0.
Arrive at Gran Via and the first thing you notice is how tall the buildings are. Huge and majestic. Hotels, shops and theatres line the mighty avenue, the Broadway of Madrid.
Go and say “hola” to Don Quijote in the emblematic Plaza España. Follow the flashing lights up Gran Via and buy tickets for a movie or musical later. Head down towards Puerta del Sol for mainstream shops. Or along to Calle Fuencarral for alternative ones. North of Gran Via are Malasaña and Chueca, Madrid’s prime party areas.
