“The apartment was very convenient to many places we wanted to visit as well as excellent restaurants. It was clean, efficient and very spacious. We particularly liked the fact that it had a washer/dryer. ”

“The building was new and the furnishings all Ikea. If you want ambience or a cozy atmosphere, this is not the place for you. ”

“The manager was very accomodating, helping us to check in and drop our bags early (the cruise ship chased us off at 9:00 am) even though the apartment was being cleaned. The apartment had a lot of space, lots of storage, and comfortable climate control. The best feature was location, just off Las Ramblas and 100 feet from the Liceau metro stop. It was easy walking to most of downtown and metro everywhere else. The furnishings were simple but adequate, a great value compared to a hotel room. We had no noise problems. There was a phone for local calls. We felt the security was good (locks had just been changed because previous tenants had a set of keys stolen) with a locked lobby door and heavy locks on the stairwell door and elevator door into the apartment.”
