“Great location! Amazing appartement, very clean and quit. Good comunication with the owners. We had an amazing holiday here ! ”

“Very large clean apartment. Perfect for friends traveling together. The location is amazing. Close to all the bars/cafes/restaurants of Chiado and Bairo Alto. Also close to metro station and to the Cais de Sodre train station to take trains to the north beaches.”

“The apartment was nice but the service was disappointing. We had to wait almost an hour to be greeted. The apartment was not ready and beds were only made at 9:00 in evening. We had specifically asked for three sets of keys when the reservation was made and again in a follow-up email, but they did not have the three sets when we arrived and had to bring them to us later. The television did not work and there were no instructions on how to make it work. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was dripping water. Overall, overpriced for what it was. I always rent apartments when I travel but will not rent through Waytostay again in the future.”

“Very quiet yet central appartment. Check in and check out procedure was very friendly and efficient. Appartment is extremely pleasant to live in.”

“Die Lage ist excellent. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet.”

“Wenn man in einer sehr belebten Gegend wohnt, dann muss man akzeptieren, dass man abends auch noch die Strassengeräusche hört. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört.”

“Wondrful, bright, clean, well-equipped apartment in a great location.”

“At check in we were kept waiting out on the street for 15 to 20 minutes as the staff was giving the welcome briefing for another apartment. Once let onto the building, we were kept waiting for several more minutes in the hallway outside our apartment. The staff should have taken two minutes when we arrived to allow us into the condo and then returned to the other family to complete their briefing. We made several phone calls to expedite entry, but to no avail. It was not a good welcome after travelling thousands of miles!”
