“we stayed there in the midst of some huge, major, noisy construction works in the adjacent building. off-weekend, it was absolutely impossible to sleep after 8.00 AM. the apartment should not be put to rental in such conditions, or at least it should announce the state of things beforehand - or, better, it should give an ample rebate because of this.”

Wat vond je goed?

“Excellent location. Lots of light in the apartement. Beautiful view over the Tague. Shutters to darken the room at night. Sufficient amount of kitchen supplies. Washing machine! Good bathroom. Very quiet neighbourheid even though it's next to the more 'busy' Bairro Alto. Nice kiosks and pastelaria's just around the corner, frequented mostly by locals. I would suggest this apartement to any couple that doesn't have too high luxury standards and that appreciates a nice neighbourhood in the middle of Lisbon.”

“Noise in the building (banging with the front door -> I would recommend ear plugs). The bed was too hard and the pillows weren't very comfortable. Also, the main light in the living room didn't work, neither did the fan attached to it. Again, these were just small flaws that we could easily forget compared to all the plus sides of this apartement.”

“Cabinet de toilette correcte. Lit correct. Bon éclairage naturel grace à la grande superficie vitrée, manque cependant un store d'occultation.”

“Une chaise cassée. Le luminaire de la pièce principale et le ventilateur associé n'ont fonctionné que les 2premiers jours : nous l'avons signalé mais pas de prise en compte de notre damande. Pas de sèche cheveux alors qu'il est dans la liste du matériel mis à disposition. Peu de rangement mis à disposition. Le réfrigirateur a dysfonctionné une nuit : disjoncteur a sauté. Manque d'assiettes, pas de cloche pour le micro-onde. La TV ne présente qu'une seule chaine visible correctement. Souhait de 2 clés au lieu d'une pour l'ouverture de la porte extérieur.”
