“The location of the apartment is amazing. It's right along the Gran Via (a main roadway) and within walking distance to most museums, monuments, plazas, and shopping meccas. It was very clean and the contacts were pleasant.”

“There were 4 of us staying in the apartment and we could have used more towels. Also, instruction on the appliances (washing machine, television, etc..) because they are quite different than American appliances. While the contacts were pleasant - the check out was 20+ minutes late - which was inconvenient for our commute to the airport.”
