“The beds were very good and the location was great.”

“The flat is comfortable. The location eas central andto the metro fantstic.There was no instructions for the television which we were unable to operate for the entire week. Also there was no instructions for the air conditioner and it was very hot. There was no soap in the bathroom and a small amount of toilet paper The door lock sticks and it took half a hour to open it twice The neighbors also bashed on the wall Ian the middle of the night in the upper bedroom for some reason. That was very frightening. There were no instructions about the rubbish also. The flat is in disrepair and needs updating (eg. Broken tiles, many lights didn't work, curtains are falling off the curtain rod). Debris is coming from behind the tiles when you shower. ”

“Hi Kathryn, Paul and Eduardo. The apartment manager will give from now on during the check-in instructions for the television, air-condition and garbage. Also feel free to ask any question or request more toilet paper and soap during your stay. Sorry to read that you were bothered by the neighbours. This is the first time we hear about this and we think it was a incident, but we can imagine that the sound gave you an uncomfortable feeling. The apartment manager will keep an eye on it. The door locks and curtains are fixed now, the shower has been renovated, new light bulbs have been placed and there is 1 wardrobe totally empty and available to leave luggage. “The quality of the apartment was very poor. Some examples: the curtains in the bedroom had few hooks and thus were hanging off and unable to fully close. The kitchen was very basic and the utensils were all very old and an odd assortment. There were no bowls. Cutlrey was old bone handled worn items which must have been decades old. The handshower (there is no fixed one) didn't work propely and sprayed water in all directions. There was almost no cupboard space for clothes. The only small wardrobe was full of junk making it impossible to hang anything. All the shelves on the fridge door were broken. There were no fans for ventilation meaning windows had to be permanently open. Several nightclubs were in the vicinity so this resulted in distrubance all night as result of open windows. A total of 7 lightbulbs in the apartment were broken. The whole apartment in need of renovation/refurbishment.”

“Nice owner. The location was excellent. Close to all type of transportation and central.”

“The shower is not the best one. Lack of dining table very inconvenient. SAFETY!!!!!!!!! and NOISY!!!!!!!! Traveling with family was very uncomfortable to find out that in the area are gangs making loud noise up to 5 am, 7 days a week making difficult to sleep and unsafe for the kids to be on their own (even for adults). You also have heavy presence of police officers on that area.”

Wat vond je goed?
“Die Lage war fantastisch.Die Betten traumhaft. Die Bettwäsche frisch gestärkt und duftend. Das Badezimmer sehr gut. Die Wohnung ausreichend gesichert. Die Einrichtung hat Charme. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.”

“Die Küche war sehr klein. Es gab nur französische Fernsehsender. Der Fußboden ist schief, das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. ”

“Algunas cosas que encuentro en otros apartamentos de alquiler: azucar, papel higienico, sal, aceite. La insonorizacion La escalera para subir a la cama es muy inestable”
