What did you like?
“Despite dishwasher not working and other routine maintenance items needing attention the apartment was comfortable and well equipped for two couples. The apartment was in a good area not far from Eiffel Tower and the Seine and reasonable walking distance from RER station. Pascal was helpful in sorting out issues and responded personally and promptly. Good range of shops close by for supplies including the bottle shop underneath the apartment.”
Anything you didn't like?
“Although the apartment was of a good standard the building in which it was housed was very scruffy and until we got in to the apartment itself looked to be one of the most run down buildings in the area. Lots of noise in the front bedroom from traffic late at night & early morning - so either windows open or air con on, so if one didn't get you the other one did! No problem in the double rear bedroom with noise. Having said that we would consider the apartment fro a future stay in Paris.”

“Location, security, cleanliness, attractively decorated, and well equipped for the needs of our group of five adults.”
Anything you didn't like?
“A few things need attention. Commode tank in bathroom by the rear bedroom is very slow to refill. Commode seat in bathroom near front door needs attention, maybe replaced. The shower venting is insufficient to prevent fogging of mirrors. These comments are for owner only.”

What did you like?
“Very homey. Convenient groceries (2) around the corner, wine shop downstairs, bakeries and good restaurants a short walk from apartment. Washer and seperate dryer were great. We stayed with another couple . . . able to share time but have enough privacy that each couple enjoyed their own space. Very quiet location so we slept undisturbed. The metro is very near as is the 69 bus line. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to friends.”
Anything you didn't like?
“Suggestion . . . .It would have been convenient to have a couple of ottomans in the living area to sit a tray upon (ie cofee table) and likewise be able to put our feet up to relax after a long day of touring.”

What did you like?
“The location was extremely good and Pascal's recommendations regarding good value eateries nearby was appreciated and came up with the goods. The whole family enjoyed the experience.”
Anything you didn't like?
“It would have been helpful to provide a small amount of dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets as to purchase for a short stay was expensive. Towels were a little ragged and in general new linen/bedding would make all the difference.”
