“Location was fine. Nice bed.”

“Building was in poor condition. Apartment is more modern but not all that. Apartment wasn't clean enough. ”

What did you like?
“Location was fine, close to the metro. Nice street with lot of small shops, some bars and bakeries. Nice appartment in an old French building. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The appartment is small, but very cozy. The hospice is a young, friendly guy and his english is very good.”
Anything you didn't like?
“I don't have much that i didn't like. But there was some mold in the bathroom and on the showerhead. ”

What did you like?
“The apartment is located is very convenient from the metro, cafes, shops. Everything is clean and neat, in the kitchen were salt, sugar, oil. The bed is very large. I had no problems with the bathroom, TV, Internet. I was pleasantly surprised that I can regulate the work of the radiator, there is no such thing in Russia.”
Anything you didn't like?
“Heard walking in the corridor of the neighbors. Very steep staircase, be careful when you go with a big suitcase. I had a small problem to take the keys.”

“Once you get your bearings, the apartment is located just next to the Metro line and this makes things really easy to get anywhere you want to!
Walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, cafes and the best weekend street market.
It is clean and tidy and compact if you are travelling solo or as a couple.
Gregory makes things really easy upon arrival and departure, and the occupants of the apartment are friendly and helpful if you get tired walking up the stairs with your shopping!”

“If you are a solo, female traveller like myself, it can be a bit disconcerting upon arrival as the area is very muti cultural if this is not something you are used to.
Being an apartment, it is to be expected you will be able to hear your neighbours at night!”

“Very friendly host, flexible and helpful.
Good neighborhood. Several metro lines are nearby. Within 5 minutes in the centre of Paris, or Pére Lachaise. Bakery, shop everything is close-by.
The apartment is small but you've got everything you need. You can cook a modest meal. Normally you won't be there much, just for sleeping, and the bed is marvelous. We both slept very good. It's a sofa that you can extend as a bed. I thought it would be rubbish but it was great!
I can't give any bad reviews for our stay. Had no worries and was satisfied with the apartment. Don't doubt!”
