“c'est un appartement qui est fait pour un couple et non pas pour des amis car il n'y a aucune séparation entre les pièces. Beaucoup d'odeurs par les évacuations et de l'humidité sur les murs. Il est mesquin d'avoir laissé des capsules Nespresso en demandant 1 euro pour chaque. Beaucoup de poussières sous les lits.”

“The design is very modern and looks really cool and clean. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the check-in procedure was fine. It's well situated within walking distance of the main sites.”

“THE DOWNSIDE: a warning to any other potential customers. Despite its sleek modern appearance and 'boutique hotel' chic, this apartment has a number of glaring issues which must be addressed. The apartment is totally unsuitable for families with young children for one very obvious and dangerous reason... the stairs to the mezzanine floor have no form of barrier to prevent people accidentally falling off the steps. There is a tiny steel handrail. But this is useless as a safety feature as it does nothing to prevent small children falling off. The other big problem is that the flat has not really been designed with any kind of privacy in mind. For example... the master bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling glass panel that is open to the entire flat. The other 'bedroom areas' have no doors on them - they are totally open plan. Plus people taking a shower or bath in the 2 bathrooms can easily be seen from other parts of the apartment. We spent most of the time in the flat asking our friends if it was ok to step out into the lounge space so as to spare their modesty. The design is beautiful, but impractical for both families, or friends, sharing the space. The flat lacked air conditioning or any fans. We had to open the windows which meant we experienced a lot of noise from traffic and the neighbouring apartment. There is also no TV, or wi-fi access, which I would have expected at this price. I really didn't want to post such a negative view as the owners have clearly spent a lot of time, effort and money on its design and build. It looks superb and would be fine for a couple. If the safety and privacy issues could resolved (along with TV and wifi) this would be a terrific apartment. And one that I would be happy to recommend. As it stands... rent it knowing what you are letting yourself in for.”
