The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is few steps from the Gran Via train station and walking distance to Sol which has tons of restaurants and night clubs. The apartment itself is very well maintained. It is neat and very clean and has new furniture and appliances. The owner's mum lives next door and is very attentive and helpful. Getting the security deposit back was easy and smooth. |

Excellent condition and location, as it is walking distance from the lively Sol area, and just round the corner from the local supermarket. Very modern and spacious apartment with great decor. Open plan, allowing good interaction between everyone staying. Would most definately recommend for the younger crowd, wishing to venture out in central Madrid. |

The apartment is in a hip, extremely convenient location next to metro stop, buses, museums, restaurants and bars. Everything was walkable. Lots of little markets nearby which made cooking for ourselves fun and easy. The linens were nice and fresh. The landlady was accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend. |

The apartment is Gorgeous!!! Everything was clean and tidy, the rooms are designed beautifully and all very well equipped. We will definitely stay again if we return to madrid! Perfect location and gorgeous apartment. |
