Very friendly service. Helpful hints and friendly support. Apartment was walking distance to park and good local area and a safe area. A great indoors food market close by. Museums close enough. The apartment was a great design and in generally a quiet street at night. The apartment was airy and tastefully decorated. I would recommend this apartment. |

Our wallet got stollen on the Metro when we were on the way to the apartment from the airport and the agent is very understanding and re-arrange the check in time and also being quite flexible about the deposit down payment as our bank had limits about the amount we can withdraw per day.
The apartment is well located, right in the centre; Easy access to metrol, local tapas cafe/ bar and all tourist attractions. It is at the back of the building so it's quite quiet to sleep at night. |

What a lovely apartment! Very well situated, near Grand Via, cozy with all the necessary amenities, we were very pleased! Private patio with views of the city was a bonus. The apartment manager was delightful. Would definitely return again. The apartment is on the 4th floor however but the stairs provided a way to burn off the extra calories packed on lovely Spanish wines and tapas! |
