We loved our stay in this apartment, which is very well situated in the El Born district and close to the Barri Gotico and the beach area. After lugging our suitcases up two flights of stairs to the second level (there is no lift, take note), we were warmly and graciously welcomed by Nadiya, the manager. Nadiya did an excellent and thorough job showing us all the features of the apartment. Furthermore, she gave us useful information about where to find nearby grocery stores and cafes. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, cleverly designed with a sliding wall between the bedroom and living room area. It had all the comforts one could want. We loved the walk-in shower. There are no exterior windows in the apartment, however -- just a window that opens onto a ventilation shaft. We did not really mind the lack of natural daylight, however, as the apartment has an impressive lighting system on dimmers. In addition, an advantage to having no exterior windows is that the apartment was quiet, and felt like a refuge from the busy streets. The apartment was extremely well situated and we would not hesitate to book it again or recommend it to others! |

A great apartment with a very central location. The fact that it is based on 2 smalles apartments, means it's perfect for friends, and/or couples travelling together (you have 2 bathrooms/kitchens/sleeping areas, etc.). Nadiya was very professional and kind. I'll be back here next time I'm in Barcelona. |

We enjoyed the freedom of having an apartment instead of a hotel room. Although compact, the apartment had everything that was necessary (except bath soap!). The location was beautiful and very convenient for our daily sojourns. The tiny little kettle gave us daily doses of laughter - don't change it, I expect to see it there next time! Thank you very much for leaving us with a lovely memory of Barcelona and we would definitely recommend our friends and colleagues to stay there. |

Excellent safe area, quality apartment with good fittings and a smooth check in and check out with the owner. Would definately use the apartment again, only a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas and some wonderful shopping 5 minutes away. |

The Apartment was centrally located and was reasonably close to all the sights we wished to see. he neighbourhood was also quite safe. The interior decor of the apartment, with its black and white motif, was quite nice. |

Good location for touristing at good price. Clean, near to subways and busses and the superb San Antonio food market. Owner was easily reachable by phone.
Nice local shops and comfortable bed. We used the sofa as a second bed and that worked fine, too. Entire place was fresh and new, all IKEA but efficient and room enough for two. |
