What did you like?
“The apartment is in a perfect place for anything you may want to do in the city. Transport was really easy. Most of the time we walked but on lazy days we were able to get on the bus or metro within a few minutes from the apartment. The local night life is varied enough for younger or older people alike. Really enjoyed that a lot of locals seem to be in this area not just tourist.”

What did you like?
“Uns hat das Apartment sehr gefallen. Groß, geräumig, Licht durchflutet. Die Küche war auch sehr groß und wir hatten dort genügend Platz um unsere Sachen zu verstauen. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem großen Esstisch war perfekt für eine Gruppe von 8 Personen.”
Anything you didn't like?
“Wir hatte nur kaltes Wasser und das Bad war nicht sehr hygienisch. Wir hatten in den einzelnen Zimmern keine Kästen (bzw. konnte man diese nicht öffnen), somit mussten wir 9 Tage aus dem Koffer leben. Weiters hat die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert, was für uns aber nicht von Bedeutung war. Leider bekamen wir nur einen Schlüssel für 8 Personen.
Im Wohnzimmer stand eine Couch, die schon komplett kaputt war.
Ich denke das sind Kleinigkeiten, die schnell geändert werden können und auch sollen.”

“Genoeg ruimte. We waren met 7 personen in een appartement met 4 slaapkamers.
Prima ligging, goed te lopen vanaf de stad ( 10 min. ) Dichtbij de Jardin de Turia .
Goede bedden, aparte toilet.”

“Jammer, dat er geen 2 badkamers waren.
Stopcontact in de keuken was nog niet gemaakt. ( Reviews gelezen)
Het appartement was wel wat gehorig.”

What did you like?
“The location of the apartment is excellent and perfectly placed for walking either into the old town or down to the City of Arts and Sciences or the Port or Beaches or even to the Mastalla if you are a football fan. The aparment has ample space and is light and airy. It is ideal for larger parties of guests but has a small kitchen. The managing agent was helpfull and attentive. Not a criticism but worth mentioning. We have a 13 month old baby and the apartment was not baby or small child friendly as there are only hard surfaces. BUT these are there to keep the apartment cool in the warm Valencia weather. Again not another criticism but worth a mention - March is a month to visit for those of you who want to stay out late and party as the build up the Fallas is constant with street parades and parties, into the small hours and fireworks (loud ones being let off constantly day and night) - If I we had not had a young baby we would have joined in and loved it!. ”

“Because guests were in the apartment before we arrived and we needed to check in on time I do not think the agents had time to fully clean the apartment as it was not to my wifes high standards. Unfortunatelty the neighbours in the next apartment were very noisy and made a lot of noise which you can easilly here. So much so we eventually left the apartment and moved into a near by hotel so we and our baby could sleep. ”

What did you like?
“L'appartement est propre, récemment rénové et surtout très bien situé.
Bien qu'il soit loin des stations de métro, le très bon réseau de bus permet aisément d'aller vers le centre ville ou vers le port, les plages et le CAC.
Le quartier est agréable avec toutes les commodités à portée de "main".”
Anything you didn't like?
“Plusieurs points très négatifs pour un appartement supposé d'un certain standing :
- Absence de machine à laver la vaisselle.
- Le débit d'eau chaude est très réduit et n'est plus qu'un goutte à goutte lorsqu'un voisin ouvre un robinet.
- Appartement bruyant du fait de cloisons mitoyennes vraiment très fines : les conversations des voisins s'entendent beaucoup trop.
- Absence de WIFI
- Très peu de rangement et les existants sont rudimentaires voire ridicules
- Pas de sèche-cheveux.
- Le radiateur de la chambre principale ne fonctionne pas.
Dommage pour un appartement récemment rénové, en corrigeant ces quelques points l'appartement sera parfait.”
