A few words about the apartment…

Casa Malù is a newly renovated, gorgeous house perfectly suited for 7 guests. The house offers a spectacular panoramic view of the sea, Capo di Conca and Praiano’s extraordinary sunrise. It belongs to a small complex "La Moressa Bistrò", which includes a restaurant, a lounge bar and pizzeria, as well as a stunning Relax Area, sea view. It is equipped with modern comforts including air conditioning in each bedroom and WIFI throughout the house. The property is comprised of one apartment and one suite, each with separate access.  

FLAT MALU: It contains two levels and comfortably holds 5 guests. 

The LOWER LEVEL includes:
• Full equipped kitchen, decorated with ceramic tiles
• Sitting area 
• Dining area with table and chairs for six
• Toilet
• Balcony with table and two chairs with sea view 

The UPPER LEVEL includes:
• Two double bedrooms, sea view (one of which also includes a single sofa bed)
• Large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi SEA VIEW
• Large patio - at the back of the house - equipped with table, chairs, outside grill and washing machine

SUITE MALU, comfortably holds 2 guests. This area is organized on one floor with:
• Double bedroom, sea view
• Bathroom with Large shower, sea view, 
• Kitchen with table and chairs for two
• Balcony accessible from the bedroom with sea view
• Washing machine directly outside apartment 

The house is in a prime location in Praiano, with a grocery store, restaurant/bar and local bus stop situated directly below. There are less than 30 steps to access the apartment and parking is available for a fee approximately 100 mt. away. The main beach in Praiano (“La Praia”) can also be easily accessed from the property by bus or by foot (less than 20 min. walk).

Private parking is available on request for a fee, and is located only 150 meters from the property
