"Proximity to transport. Mattress was terrible with springs digging into sleepers, and linen did not fit the bed or pillows properly. Some windows did not lock and lounge was broken."

"Nothing In the apartment ist was very very hot, there is no air air conditioner. It was very durty when we arrived. In the coffee machine was still used coffee with mold. We were shocked. The shower also stanks because because there is not flowing off the water. For the money that we paied, it was not cleaned well at all. It was horrible. Although the apartment is in a back road, yet it was unbearable to sleep. Opposite the bedroom is a garage and there were constantly cars and scooters in and out. The apartment describes a terrace, but you can´t use it at all, namely because it is dirty and between dwellings are hanging washed laundry. The dishes were also very very dirty. From the apartment to the center or beach, you need not 15 minutes as the apartments describes, you need 30-40 minutes by the subway.The apartment is not worth that money at all."

"The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The area is also very nice. We needed to leave the apartment at 8:15 am. To make sure things ran smoothly we arranged for a checkout at 8 am. Paulo showed up quickly checked us out and then stood there angrily complaining because we didn't leave immediately. He refused to leave and come back in 10 minutes so we could finish packing in peace and instead glared at us and complained. It was not the best way to end our visit. Also just a heads up, if you arrive after 10 pm you will be charged a 30 euro late arrival fee (in the agreement). Even if your flight is delayed as in our case. Also, I don't recommend arranging transportation through the owner, it ended up being much more expensive than a normal cab would have cost (39 vs 24 euro despite what he claimed)."
"The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and very well located. Let us leave the baggage at the offices after the check-out. No more equipment (e.g.: a recipientre to heat water, you must use the microwave, there is no SOAP in the bathroom nor a toilet paper holder). At check out, they came before the stipulated time."
"El apartamento es muy cómodo, espacioso y está muy bien ubicado. Nos dejaron dejar el equipaje en las oficinas luego del check out. Falta algo más de equipamiento (ej: un recipientre para calentar agua, hay que usar el microondas, no hay jaboneras en el baño ni un soporte para el papel higiénico). En el check out vinieron antes de la hora estipulada."
