"1.At check in we paid 100 euros too much. I had to call and tell them about the rules for tourist tax in Barcelona. They charged the children as well 2. When we were to check in they were very busy. Told wrong access code for wifi and there was not enough sheets in the apartment 3. We quickly discovered that there was very hot in the apartment. They told us they would pass by a remote to air conditioning. Later they found out that there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Despite the fact that it is on the website. It still stands 4. It was promised that waytostay would call us right away. After 3 days I had to call myself. They never rang 5. Curtains to the little balcony did not work. So we could not get out there. After seven days, this was fixed 6. Teresse floor is crooked and nails stacked up in several places. This they also tried to reperate while we were there. But they could not rebuild 7. Several lamps did not light. When they were in the apartment with sheets they forgot to close the patio door . I would never have chosen an apartment without air conditioning. So when I waytostay offered me 98 euros return for all the missing there were in the apartment I became furious. I do not choose waytostay again. I also got a promo code for 30 euros...Its a joke "

The air conditioning used to be a feature of the apartment, but the manager failed to inform us when this was removed, as they believed it would be removed automatically from the listing. There was some miscommunication between the apartment manager and Waytostay, as we did not believe you had been promised a call straight away. We apologise for the delay and hope that we were attentive once you did speak to us. The apartment manager did their best to fix all the issues during your stay, and we are sorry that you do not see the compensation as sufficient. We hope that you enjoyed your time in Barcelona nonetheless. ”
"Den vorgefundenen Hinweis, mit der Bitte ab 22:00 Uhr auf die schlafende oder ruhende Nachbarschaft rücksicht zu nehmen, finde ich ammüsant. Denn zum Teil ist es ab 22:00 Uhr recht lebhaft. Stört aber nicht. Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr eng verbaut, so dass es etwas schwierig ist die Türe zu öffnen. (Kommt schlecht an den Griff). Die Bodenbeläge auf der Terrasse haben sich zum teil abgehoben. Sollten neu befestigt werden um Stolpergefahren zu vermeiden. Ansonsten ist ein schön eingerichtetes Appartement."

"Nice apartment in a good neighborhood. Cosy pubs and bars within walking distance. Gracia is a lively district, but the metro takes you to also quickly in the other. The apartment is still fairly new. Beds are good, roof terrace is very fine. Only downside was that the boiler always fell out. So then it was wait for hot water. "
"Leuk appartement in een goede buurt. Gezellige kroegjes en barretjes op loopafstand. Gracia is een gezellige wijk, maar met de metro ben je ook snel in de andere leuke wijken van Barcelona. Het appartement is nog redelijk nieuw. Bedden zijn goed, dakterras is erg fijn. Enige minpunt was dat de boiler steeds uit viel. Dus dan was het even wachten op warm water. "

"Lage zentral, alles Wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch sehr laut. Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, vom Vermieter ist an alles gedacht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Barcelona ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Allerdings wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes die Fassade der Wohnung renoviert. Die Fenster waren wegen dem Baugerüst nicht öffenbar. Ab 8:00 morgens wurde mit dem Elektrohammer der Putz abgetragen, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. "

"Das Apartment befindet sich in einer netten kleinen Strasse. Leider ist es etwas laut dort...es ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet und die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Entgegen der Beschreibung verfügt es jedoch nicht über eine Klimaanlage! Für unseren Aufenthalt ( Ende August ) war dies sehr unangenehm, weil es in der Wohnung viel zu warm war. Ansonsten können wir eine Empfehlung aussprechen."
