"The apartment itself was lovely. Big, spacious, minimal but with some nice décor. There was enough room to sleep 10 of us comfortably, but unfortunately not enough sheets were laid for all the sofa beds. We weren't too fussed as we didn't plan on staying indoors much for the trip. Another issue was with the showers - they started off quite hot but then gradually got luke-warm/cold very quickly. It was also annoying that the running water kept fleeting between hot and ice cold during a shower. Again, this was something we chose to overlook as it wasn't too huge of a deal. The horrific moment came when we had to check-out. It was abysmal and horrific. We were on quite a tight schedule so we knew we all had to be ready to leave by 11am sharp. As we weren't told what the check-out procedure was, I waited until 11 and phoned Alex to let him know we were ready to leave. I asked where we should leave the keys and he seemed quite unbothered and asked for them to be left in the apartment. I then asked when we would receive our deposit and he seemed confused at first, stating that he would need to make a call and call me back as someone was supposed to have come round to return the deposit to us. it was approximately 11:15. Shortly after this, two men arrived and let themselves into the apartment, stating that they were cleaners. Shortly afterwards an extremely rude older woman barged in stating that she there to inspect the apartment. The doorbell rang, and it was a young lady stating that she was there to inspect the apartment. She moved quite quickly checking each room in detail, and afterwards told us all was fine. The first lady very rudely interrupted our discussion and shouted that were not supposed to call the manager. We were confused as to why there was this sudden outburst, and asked her politely to calm down. We then asked what the problem was as she seemed so irate. She yelled at us stating that were supposed to be ready at 11am. we had been ready since 10:45am! Apparently it was a problem that our luggage was still in the apartment, and this was just baffling. I responded that we couldn't exactly wait outside when he had to return the keys and such. We asked when were to receive our deposit and she yelled back that she had to check the apartment through. It was so confusing because this had already been checked by the younger lady, who had now left. It was getting increasingly frustrating not being able to have a decent and calm conversation with this older woman, and so I called back Alex stating that were on a tight schedule and needed our deposit back seeing as the apartment had already been checked and nothing was damaged, but that there was a very rude and angry woman in the rental bent on making us late. He quite nonchalantly replied that they could send us the funds at a later date. This wasn't well received by the group when I explained it to them and it seemed completely unprofessional. We had no choice but to wait patiently as time went by. The older woman stomped her way through the apartment and not caring at all that we had now been waiting for about 30 mins and were really pushed for time. She ignored us every time we asked what was happening and if we'd be receiving our deposit back. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Never in my life have I witnessed and been on the receiving end of such terrible and rude conduct from a service provider! I told her this, and of course she was unbothered and ignored me. We continued to wait until she eventually began to count money and finally gave me the money back begrudgingly. She asked me to sign a receipt, and in doing so, yelled at me for not signing further down on the paper. I asked her again to stop yelling and that as long as my signature was there, it wouldn't matter surely. I even offered to sign again and she just snatched the receipt away stating that it didn't matter (!!!) Honestly, leaving that place was the best experience as it just felt like pure hell having to put up with such atrocious nonsense. NEVER AGAIN and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"large, comfortable apartment, in which it is significant to return the evening after a day spent walking. banal district but underground at the foot of the apartment and the Central Berlin accessible in 10 minutes. 2 points to be improved: the sound insulation of windows lets the noise from nearby highway / make free Wifi would be a more significant small"
"grand appartement, confortable, dans lequel il est appréciable de rentrer le soir après une journée passée à marcher. quartier banal mais métro au pied de l'appartement et le centre de Berlin accessible en 10mn. 2 points à améliorer: l'isolation phonique des fenêtres laisse passer le bruit de l'autoroute toute proche / rendre la Wifi gratuite serait un petit plus appréciable"
"This apartment is really great. The four bedrooms are really spacious and there was more than enough room for our group of 10. Given the efficiency of the Berlin public transport, the location of the apartment is really great, despite it not being in the centre. It gave us an opportunity to explore Tempelhof Park which we might not otherwise have done. Other visitors mentioned the noise from the road, but this didn't seem to affect us at all, perhaps because it was late November and we didn't need the windows opening very much. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for large groups."
"The apartment is spacious and comfortable, but it has one big disadvantage: the noise of the boulevard...Inside it's hot, we cannot do otherwise that open the fenetresour current of air, and where the noise is very disturbing, evening, night and mostly 5-hours of the morning: bins, renovation work and traffic. For the rest it is not the best. So should be the clim...If you do not want open because of the noise. Otherwise the proximity of the metro is well. A minor problem, the parking for the car..."
"L'appartement est spacieux et confortable, mais il a un gros inconvénient : le Bruit du boulevard..Dedans il fait chaud , on ne peut pas faire autrement qu'ouvrir les fenêtresour faire courant d'air , et là le bruit est très dérangeant , le soir , la nuit et surtout des 5 heures du matin : poubelles, travaux de ravalement et circulation . Pour le repos c'est pas le mieux . Donc il faudrait la clim..si on ne veut pas ouvrir a cause du bruit. Sinon la proximité du métro est bien. Un problème mineur , le parking pour la voiture ..."
