"Unfortunately the booking was not completely met. We booked both apartments for a party of nine mature ladies. We arrived at the apartment and was told by the Managers agent that only one was available for the first night even though we had paid for both. This resulted in some of our party having to sleep on settees and the floor. We were refunded for the night missed but the whole experience affected our short break. Way to Stay did communicate well with us and tried to mediate with the owner but no compensation was offered. "
