"The apartment was great - very spacious, location was excellent. BUT - no one greeted us, there was no sheet of instructions for wifi, or the stove, or the air conditioner. There was no hot pot in the kitchen, and most people leave at least a little coffee behind to get people started. The hair dryers required European adapters, which was strange, since we were in Europe. Worst of all, I wrote all of this to Roberto, and got NO response. Waytostay makes SO many demands and warnings for clients - but not for yourselves. We loved the apartment, just not our welcome."
