Piazza Panoramica, Florence apartment

"This apartment was excellent! The location could not be beaten. We looked out of our window on to the Duomo. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. Our two families had plenty of space. As we walked out of our front door, the best coffee and gelati I've come across were to be had. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful apartment. Thank you, Federico. "

"the location is ideal, but the medium very home, and the average benefit (heating not turned on and personal home unaware, inadequacy of extension cords electric...)"

"l'emplacement est idéal, mais l'accueil tres moyen, et les prestations moyennes (chauffage pas allumé et personnel d'accueil pas au courant, insuffisance de rallonges electriques...)"

"The place was situated wonderfully on piazza del duomo. Nevertheless the rooms were very quiet in the night except the one where the heating was working. The quality of the beds was ok, cushions and blankets warm and cosy, towels and linen clean . The room with the heating working all night is inacceptable for adults. Bathrooms are clean but shabby. All the furniture is cheap and shabby. Sofafabrics are dirty. Furniture looks like leftovers from a family of diffent periods. Decoration ( dry flowers etc) is tasteless. Some pots in the kitchen were slightly greasy and dirty. Glasses, cutlery and other items for breakfast and dining were not enough for our group of ten people. One hairdryer didn't work. One bed was not complete."
