"Het appartement is zeer goed gelegen om het oude Barcelona te bezoeken. Op 200 meter van een metrohalte zodat alles vlot te bereiken is. Minpunten zijn dat de bagage niet kan worden bewaard bij vroege aankomst of laat vertrek. Hiervoor dienen lockers te worden gehuurd. Verder zijn de schuiframen moeilijk te hanteren en sommige zonneluifels zijn geblokkeerd. Maar dit alles neemt niet weg dat we enorm hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement."
"The location is good ; there are many restaurant, shops. and The subway is near this place. and the condition of the room is perfect. it is cozy, comfort and clean. the place is totally same as pictures. "

"Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé et également très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse côté Passeig de Gracia et la vue sur le toit de la Casa Batllo depuis l'autre terrasse nous manquent déjà. "
"Hi, first of all I have to say the the location of the apartment is really perfect, it is close to plaza catalunya and very central in the middle of Barcelona, BUT: The service of BCN apartements is very, very poor. - We arrived, the apartment was not cleaned and we had to wait outside for 4 hours until it has been cleaned. We had a little baby with us und it was really a problem (i made pictures) - We ordered a baby cot over waytostay, this was not there. The apartment manager came then up with the cot and charged us 20€ extra. There was no sheet with the baby cot. The baby had to sleep on a plastic mattress. - The dish washing machine did not work after one day. The apartment manager blamed us for putting dirty stuff into the washer instead of finding a solution. Additionally there was no cleaning material in the washer. - The cushions for the couches an the terrace were very dirty, we never used them (i made pictures). - The water heater in the kitchen was in a terrible condition, we never used it (i also made pictures) - We tried to get some extra towels and one kitchen towel - the apartment manager charged us 15€ - It took me 15 Emails to get the invoice I need for my company. I was very satisfied tith the waytostay service, but I would never, never recommend anyone to use BCN apartments. Regards, Ralf Schmidt "
“Hi Ralph, Unfortuntaly there was some miscommunication about your arrival time. And because that week there was a big event in Barcelona, there were problems to arrange cleaning staff that quickly. Sorry for the inconvenience. The option for the baby cot has been removed from our website, because the owner had to make extra costs to offer this to customers. The cushions for the couches on the terrace have been cleaned now, the water heater has been replaced and we advised the owner to offer more towels. Thanks for sharing your experience.”
