"Great location. Easy to get to all the sights from the nearby subway. Similar to the pictures on line. Large plates needed to be hand washed as they were too tall and blocked the sprayer arm. Some linens smelled mildewy. Staff were very nice and helful with directions. Easy access to and from airport with the subway. We would stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Prachtig appartement. Alles zat er op en eraan. Bedden waren hartstikke goed, balkon was heerlijk om op te zitten. Ons appartement had uitzicht op de Sagrada Familia, maar er waren ook appartementen die dat niet hadden. Het was heel schoon. Theedoeken, handdoeken, vaatdoeken, schoonmaakmiddelen, douchegel etc waren aanwezig. Inchecken en uitchecken was prima geregeld. We mochten zelfs onze boarding passes uitprinten. Juan was erg vriendelijk. De buurt was heel erg leuk, binnen 2 minuten ben je lopend bij de Sagrada. Voor het huis loopt een autovrije straat met veel restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Veel supermarkten dichtbij. Ook weinig toeristen en veel locals. De beschrijving van ons appartement kwam niet over met de werkelijkheid. Ipv 2 badkamers hadden we 1 badkamer en in plaats van 6 bedden hadden we 5 bedden. Ook waren 2 eetkamerstoelen flink kapot. Je kon er niet op zitten. "

"the apartment was 2 blocks from the subway, the balconies had views of the Sagrada Familia, the neighborhood was safe & convenient. The building was clean and felt safe. There were stores easily accessable - a market, several bakeries, butchers and vegetable/fruit stores. The mornings we didn't immediately go sightseeing we were able to enjoy the balcony, and the sun."

Die lediglich zentral zu steuernde Klimaanlage war etwas laut. In der Küche fehlten Geschirrtücher und der Griff der Espressomaschine war abgebrochen."
"The location. The facilities. We are a family of four who has booked apartments at least twice a year all over Europe in the past four years. We have NEVER encountered anything like the difficulties we experienced at this property: 1. When we arrived: All of these were noticed by us within minutes of our arrival. The property manager told us he was shocked and hadn’t been aware of them. • The apartment was advertised as strictly no-smoking. The smoke in the living-room was overpowering. Our children are 6 and 4 - we had to leave the balcony doors open while we were in the living-room AND while we slept for the first three nights just to make it bearable. I built a barricade in front of the door when we went to bed each night, in case our 4 year old wandered in there while we were asleep and climbed the balcony. • The glass coffee-table in the living-room was barely staying together and was an accident waiting to happen. We had to remove it. • The sofa had disgusting stains. We were advised to cover it with a blanket. • The back fell off one of the dining-chairs when it was touched. • One of the electric window-shutters became a tangled mess when we switched it on. 2. On our last evening: • We arrived home at 7.30pm to find that there was no electrical power in the apartment. We reported this to the property manager immediately. Power was finally restored four hours later, at 11.30pm. We had to throw out the food we had intended to cook for our evening meal and we had to wash and put the children to bed by the light of the one candle provided by the property manager. The electrician restored the power within seconds of his arrival – it just took this long for his visit to be arranged! • The electrician identified that the problem was the thermostat in the water-heater. but the property manager said it couldn’t be fixed until the morning. At 09.08hrs the next day the property manager sent me an SMS (not a call!) telling me the that electrician would be calling in 30 minutes to fix the thermostat. I wasn’t asked if this was suitable. The electrician actually arrived 50 mins later and took away a part from the hot water tank. The property manager then told me that the electrician would be back soon to replace the hot water tank and we should have our (cold) showers before then. At this point I instructed the property manager not to allow anyone to bother us until our agreed check-out time. I did my best to address these matters with the manager of the property, as advised on your booking confirmation. He acknowledged the issues we encountered on arrival, but said he hadn’t been aware of any of them - this was obviously rubbish as none of the items were fixed during our stay, even though he promised they would be. When we checked out everything that was wrong when we arrived was still wrong and he said we couldn’t have a late check out because new people were checking in at 2pm, so these people were going to suffer them too. I don’t really blame him though; in the end it was down to the owner to do the right thing. The manager can only do what he was allowed to. The owner didn’t even speak to us. He hid behind the manager and let him take all the flak. If the owner would like to show some honour and contact me, to apologise at least, or even to redeem himself by providing a refund of some sort, I would love to hear from him. Please give him all of my contact details. To be on the safe side, I won’t hold my breath. This was a disgrace."
