A few words about the apartment…

At eleven kilometers from Como, on the provincial road to Bellagio, the tourist center La Cava is a truly unique location on Lake Como. Since 1960 it has been hosting foreign clients from all over the world in its thirty-six units, which are still surprisingly modern today. The complex, which extends over twenty thousand square meters of an old stone quarry, is located in a quiet and sunny area, facing west, and along the south side it develops harmoniously with a row of apartments built with stone walls at sight. The distribution of the rooms according to criteria of rationality and clarity has allowed to enhance all the openings towards the lake and the landscape, using full-height sliding windows that lead to the large terraces overlooking Lake Como, in order to obtain a spectacular effect of great visual impact. From the private parking for fifty parking spaces, stone steps and a panoramic lift make it possible to descend to the lake, passing the various rocky floors, up to the large park surrounded by cypress trees, pines, palms, olive trees and laurels. the swimming pool, the tennis court, the Club House with the bar and the restaurant and the marina's nautical moorings. On the shore of the La Cava Tourist Center are available, for weekly, monthly or annual rentals, thirty berths, with single and floating moorings and piers. In the tourist center La Cava there are also two large panoramic halls of one hundred and fifty places where it is possible to organize receptions, meetings and conventions.
