"BEWARE...First it is important to know that our ratings are not based on staying in this apartment although we had a confirmed booking. Unfortunately, we received a message from Victor (the property manager) on the day of our arrival saying that we needed to be relocated to another apartment due to a water filtration problem at this property. The apartment we then stayed in, was located at Rua Bernardim Ribeiro, 67. While in a central location for Lisbon, it was not at the same level and standards of our booked apartment. We had booked a 3 bedroom/3 bath property and ended up in one that had 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 shower squeezed into a small bedroom. The overall condition of this apartment was disappointing since it really needs renovation, a paint job, new furniture, and kitchen utensils. Supposedly the replacement apartment rents at the same price level as the original one and consequently no financial compensation was considered by the owner. Our biggest disappointment, however, was with the way this situation was handled and the lack of concern and customer service from Victor. There was no effort on his part to relocate or compensate us in any way. Even when we responded to his email with our concerns, we never received an acknowledgement or response from him. Waytostay, on the other hand, has been quite responsive. They followed up with our concerns and made a good effort at customer service. We do appreciate their efforts. More importantly, we had a terrific time in Lisbon. It is a wonderful city with friendly and warm people. We look forward to returning again soon! "

"Nice and comfortable apartment to 10 mm in the heart of Lisbon. 3 bedrooms + bathroom plus the sleeping schedule. Modern comforts in the kitchen (however lacks a microwave). On the small terrace, there is a beautiful view over the Castle and the roofs of Lisbon. The entrance to the metro is down the street (station Intendente). The only minus: 30 euros is requested for check-out. "
"Appartement sympa et confortable à 10 mm du cœur de Lisbonne. 3 chambres + salle de bain plus du couchage annexe. Tout le confort moderne dans la cuisine (il manque toutefois un micro onde). Sur la petite terrasse, la vue est belle sur le château et les toits de Lisbonne. L'entrée du métro est en bas de la rue (station Intendente). Le seul moins : 30 euros est demandé pour le check out. "The apartment was really Super! The shine you have to do and also on departure. Downside is really the district, we took every day taxis to get to the company and its various times note that it is a dangerous area is where you not only have to walk around. And we have also noticed ..."

Minpunt is toch echt de wijk, wij namen elke dag taxi's om naar het bedrijf te gaan en zijn diverse keren erop geattendeerd dat het een gevaarlijke wijk is waar je niet alleen moet rond lopen. En dat hebben wij ook gemerkt..."
"The apartment is well equipped, roomy and comfortable. It is on the top floor with a city view,there is a lift, much appreciated after a long day sight seeing. Unfortunately the wet weather meant we did not sit out on the balcony, this was the only disappointment as it is a balcony, not a terrace, but otherwise well appointed. There is a metro station just round the corner, the city centre only a short walk away and a supermarket at the top of the road just passed a good café. "
"Christina that provides the apartment was very kind and helpful. Nice and clean apartment, comfortable beds. It took about 10 min to walk downtown. 2 out of 3 bathrooms were under reparation so we could only use one, difficult when you are a big group of 10 people. But we got discount on the rent because of that. I will recommend the apartment to others."
