"The apartment is great — on a quiet street in a lively neighborhood. The lighting in the master bathroom is a little dark and an extra light in there might be nice. Having stayed in other rented apartments in Portugal, this one lacked basic condiments. Even just salt and pepper and some cooking oil would be nice. Much more was available in the other places we stayed Which was so helpful. The worst part was the check in process — carrying luggage up and down stairs and still being far away from the apartment once I had the keys. And no restroom available when I’m not even near the apartment. I understand why you have the set up you do but even meeting us on the street below the office with the keys would be an improvement so we could keep the taxi and go straight to the apartment. Thank goodness we didn’t have to return the keys at the end of the stay. I also appreciated that the apartment was available upon early arrival. Thank you for that accommodation. "
"Taxi transfer booked by Feels Like Home but was not there on arrival in airport. No text or call to say this was going to happen though they knew the transfer would not be available due to an accident. We then had to get a taxi to Welcome Centre before going to apartment instead of going direct to apartment. which incurred additional taxi cost. I had several emails and tests from Feels Like Home in the days prior to going to Lisbon but not one about the failure of our taxi to come! Waytostay have been excellent throughout the booking process and sorted a change of apartment very well. The apartment we had was also very good, great location and well presented."
