"Does not provide the basics. Several SERIOUS problems. We were 8 people and stayed 5 nights in this apartment over Christmas 2015. - The flat has 2 bathrooms, but one could not be used. The second bathroom is outside the apartment, within the service area where there is no heating and one ​window was broken letting the cold air get inside. Without a heating there was no way to shower in this bathroom since it was winter and we had cold temperatures during our stay. Besides that, the toilet flush did not work properly. - Therefore we could just use one bathroom. But once someone was taking a shower no tap could be opened because the shower water cooled immediately. - So we were eight people using a single bathroom and having to wait to wash our hands, brush out teeth or wash dishes in the kitchen until the person who was in the shower had finished. - There is no central heating. It simply does not exist. Just some electric radiators in the rooms, but these were not remotely enough to heat such a big area. In those five days we were cold inside the flat. - Problems with electricity: once you turned on any other electrical appliance, hair dryer, water boiler, dishwasher, the electricity shut off and we were without electricity. - These are very important issues. There is no way to feel comfortable in a flat where one has constant problems with the bathroom, water and electricity. - We called the apartment manager to complain about these problems and we had another unpleasant surprise. While I was speaking to her, the connection was "interrupted". I called again, and again, and again. No answer. She also didn’t return later my call. I sent a text message to her mobile phone, but there was no answer on the same day. - On the day of our departure, we had appointed with the manager a time to return the keys, but then I received a text from her saying that due to problems in traffic (it was Sunday after Christmas) she was late and would not be able to meet us. She asked to turn off the lights and live the keys inside the flat by the main entrance and to close the door. After that we have sent her an email detailing all the problems, but again no answer from her. The apartment does not provide the basics and it does not have the announced infrastructure. Besides that the treatment we received was a disappointment. It’s definitely not worth it. There are surely better places where your money will be better employed."
